We were approached by a customer with an old 1925 14/45 Rover Roadster,
to remanufacture the gears for the old gear box, as the car was terribly noisy
and jumping out of gear.

We recalculated the old gear box requirements and produced the set of new hardened gears shown in the photo. Our customer should now be able to talk to passengers while driving and not have hold the gear lever in place with his foot any more.
